Half Beef Package includes approx. 200 pounds of Grass-fed Beef

• 40% Ground Beef in 1 lb packages
• 35% Savory Cuts: Roasts, Short Ribs, Brisket
• 25% Steaks: Rib Eyes, New York Strips, Filet Mignons etc.

How it works: Once we receive your order we will reach out to confirm delivery, local orders will be delivered in 7-14 days. All other orders will be considered a Pre-Order and are subject to a 30 day wait. The frozen meat will be shipped directly to you in up to 10 boxes.

Shipping: Your grass-fed beef will be shipped with dry ice and insulated packaging to keep your beef totally frozen. Or local delivery is included (within 40 miles of Liberty, MO) All other orders will be considered a Pre-Order and are subject to a 30 day wait. 

We ship out Mon-Wed to ensure the boxes don't get stuck in transit over the weekend. 

Requires approx. 10 cubic ft. of freezer space. Individually vacuum-sealed and labeled for your convenience.
